We talk through your lot, your rooms and your budget. We'll recommend the service that fits and explain what happens next.
What's the difference between the ₱30,000 and ₱80,000 packages?
The ₱30,000 package covers the architectural plans and specification. The ₱80,000 package adds the engineering: structural, electrical and plumbing plans, plus the bill of quantity and bill of materials.
Are the plans enough for my building permit?
Our design packages are prepared for your building permit, with plans printed, signed and sealed. Soil testing, if the Office of the Building Official requires it, is shouldered by the client.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes a maximum of two revisions.
Do you handle buildings taller than two storeys?
The published packages cover buildings up to two storeys. Ask us during your consultation about anything larger.
Can you supervise construction?
Yes. With the architect-on-record service (₱1,800 per sqm of total gross floor area), we inspect the site periodically, review submittals and see the project through to final turnover. Site visits are ₱3,500 per visit.
